Registered with the NY State Board of Public Accountancy, Alan provides continuing education courses regarding IRC §1031 and IRC §1033  to Certified Public Accountants.  Through the use of the Delaware Statutory Trust, Alan has successfully guided real estate investors through even the most complex 1031 and 1033 exchange scenarios from start to finish.
